The Gradus SO100 Sit-On Skirting 2m, made from flexible PVC, is designed to meet these exact needs. Available in a range of colours including Black, Dove, Granite, and Snowdrift, it’s a practical choice for institutions seeking a long-lasting, easy-to-maintain solution that also enhances the aesthetics of their space.

It’s not just institutions that can benefit from this product. Commercial businesses, interior designers, and homeowners seeking a professional finish for their spaces will also find the Gradus SO100 Sit-On Skirting a worthy choice.

Understanding the Specifications

The Gradus SO100 Sit-On Skirting is made from 2mm thick PVC. This thickness contributes to its durability, making it an ideal choice for areas that experience high footfall. The flexibility of the PVC material ensures easy installation and a seamless finish, while its easy-to-clean nature makes maintenance a breeze.

With a choice of colours, you can select the one that best suits your space, ensuring a cohesive and professional look.

Where it Excels and Where it Doesn’t

This skirting is designed for high-traffic areas like hospital corridors and schools. Its durability and easy-to-clean nature make it a practical choice for these environments. However, if you’re looking for a soft, cushioned finish, this product may not be the right fit. Its strength lies in its resilience and maintenance-friendly nature, not in providing a plush underfoot feel.

Living with the Gradus SO100 Sit-On Skirting

One of the key benefits of the Gradus SO100 Sit-On Skirting is its ease of maintenance. The PVC material can be easily cleaned, making it an ideal choice for busy environments where cleanliness is crucial. Over time, the skirting maintains its appearance, thanks to its durable material, ensuring your space continues to look professional and well-kept.

Ordering and Installation

When ordering the Gradus SO100 Sit-On Skirting, consider the length of your space and allow for a little extra to account for any cutting or fitting adjustments. While the product is designed for easy installation, professional expertise is recommended to ensure a seamless finish. Remember, this is a product that’s meant to last, so getting the installation right is crucial.

As for companion products, a suitable adhesive will be required for installation. Lyons Carpets & Flooring Supplies can guide you in selecting the right one.
