CFS New Drever Entrance Matting

CFS New Drever Entrance Matting: Built for High-Traffic Areas

With a width of 2 metres, the CFS New Drever Entrance Matting is a robust solution for high-traffic areas. This substantial size means it can cover large entrances effectively, providing a safe and clean surface for foot traffic. Ideal for educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and retail spaces, this matting is designed to withstand the demands of busy environments.

Available in a range of colours including Brown 0300, Charcoal 0923, and Dark Blue 0802, it offers both functionality and aesthetic appeal. This is not just a practical solution, but a stylish one too.

Heavy-Duty Construction for Longevity

The CFS New Drever Entrance Matting is constructed from 100% Polypropylene, a material known for its strength and durability. With a total weight of 2000g/m2 and a pile weight of 1400g/m2, it’s designed to last. The 9mm pile height provides a comfortable surface underfoot, while the gel back ensures stability and grip.

This matting has a performance durability rating of 33 – Heavy Commercial, indicating its ability to withstand high levels of foot traffic without showing signs of wear.

Where it Excels and Where it Doesn’t

This entrance matting is a perfect fit for high-traffic commercial environments such as schools, hospitals, and shops. Its durability and performance rating make it an excellent choice for these settings. However, for quieter, less busy areas, a softer, more luxurious matting may be more suitable.

While it’s a robust solution for commercial spaces, it may not provide the plush comfort desired in a domestic setting. It’s a matting built for endurance, not softness.

Maintenance and Appearance Over Time

The CFS New Drever Entrance Matting is designed for easy maintenance. Its Polypropylene fibres resist staining and are simple to clean, ensuring the matting continues to look its best even in high-traffic areas. Over time, the matting retains its appearance and functionality, thanks to its heavy-duty construction.

With its 10mm thickness, it provides a sturdy surface that can withstand constant use without showing signs of wear.

Ordering and Installation

When ordering the CFS New Drever Entrance Matting, it’s important to measure your space accurately. The matting comes in a roll length of 25.00m, so you’ll need to calculate the number of rolls required based on your space’s dimensions. Remember to account for any cuts or adjustments needed during installation.

For a successful installation, ensure the floor is clean and level before laying the matting. If you’re unsure about any aspect of the installation process, Lyons Carpets & Flooring Supplies is here to provide expert guidance.
